Spain education programmes are becoming increasingly popular at summer holiday times! Why not send your child to a summer school for a week or so, while you do some research and spend time looking at prospective schools.

While you are assessing the potential of a new life in Spain, your children could enjoy the benefits of a Spanish experience in the sun and also meet other students of all nationalities. These schools or boot camps are a fantastic way of introducing your child to the language and they will, of course, spend time enjoying extra curricular activities. Spain education programmes are available thoughout Spain and usually everything can be booked over the Internet. Facilities and prices vary, as does accommodation, and your child could even live with a host family which will give them a wonderful insight into Spanish family life! Often schools offer interesting cultural visits to museums, historical sites and full day trips to places of interest nearby.

In some summer camps there are also Spanish students studying foreign languages, which makes it even easier for both parts to learn and practice during the afternoon and weekend free time. In many schools it is also possible for the parents to take a normal Spanish course at the same time where their children are studying. It is a great idea for teenage children, especially with brothers or sisters, and it is also a good introduction for all the family to Spain/education.
